Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balti spice mix
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- Toss potato fries with olive oil and Balti spices.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Sprinkle cheese over fries, air fry 2 more minutes.
- Top with cilantro, yogurt, and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust spice level by reducing Balti mix if preferred.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for regular yogurt for thicker consistency.
