Description
Crispy fries topped with falafel spices and loaded with fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp falafel spice mix
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, falafel spice mix, and salt.
- Air fry fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Top fries with chickpeas, tahini sauce, parsley, tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before air frying.
- Adjust falafel spice mix to your taste preference.
