Description
Crispy falafel served over golden fries, topped with tahini sauce and fresh veggies for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups frozen fries
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper into a coarse mixture.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Shape into small falafel balls.
- Brush with olive oil and air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cook fries in the air fryer for 15 minutes until crispy.
- Arrange fries on a plate, top with falafel, tahini sauce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
Notes
- Soak chickpeas for at least 8 hours for best texture.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve immediately for crispiness.
