Description

Crispy falafel served over golden fries, topped with tahini sauce and fresh veggies for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups frozen fries
  • 1/4 cup tahini sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper into a coarse mixture.
  3. Add flour and mix well.
  4. Shape into small falafel balls.
  5. Brush with olive oil and air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Cook fries in the air fryer for 15 minutes until crispy.
  7. Arrange fries on a plate, top with falafel, tahini sauce, tomatoes, and cucumber.

Notes

  • Soak chickpeas for at least 8 hours for best texture.
