Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix yogurt, parsley, cilantro, garlic, and lemon juice for the dressing.
- Top fries with dressing, feta, cucumber, and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
