Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cooked bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
