Description

A simple and delicious way to cook lobster tails in an air fryer with butter for a rich, flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and loosen the meat without removing it from the shell.
  3. Lift the meat slightly and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously over each lobster tail.
  6. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
