Description
A simple and delicious way to cook lobster tails in an air fryer with butter for a rich, flavorful dish.
Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and loosen the meat without removing it from the shell.
- Lift the meat slightly and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over each lobster tail.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

- Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor.
