These low-carb crepes are perfect for a quick and healthy meal. Made in an air fryer, they are light, fluffy, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour a thin layer of batter into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until edges are golden.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
