Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss carrot wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve warm.
