Description

A quick and easy air fryer meatball sub recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. While meatballs are cooking, warm marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, place them in sub rolls.
  7. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
