Description
Crispy and juicy Italian meatballs made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce and pasta or as an appetizer.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh parsley.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer (160°F internal temp).
