Description

Crispy and juicy Italian meatballs made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp milk


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce and pasta or as an appetizer.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • For extra flavor, add chopped fresh parsley.
