Description
Quick and easy mini apple tarts made in the air fryer. These tarts are perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into small squares or circles.
- In a bowl, mix diced apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and lemon juice.
- Spoon the apple mixture onto the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling.
- Place the tarts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any variety of apple you prefer.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
