A rich and fudgy brownie recipe made in the air fryer, inspired by Mississippi mud cake. Perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits inside the air fryer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
