Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on two slices of bread.
  3. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the mustard-coated bread.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  5. Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
  6. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  7. Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam.
