Description
Crispy air fryer mozzarella garlic knots with a cheesy center and garlic butter glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8 equal strips.
- Place 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese at one end of each strip.
- Roll dough around cheese, pinching ends to seal.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush garlic butter mixture over knots.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter before serving.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Serve warm for maximum cheesiness.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
