Description
Crispy mozzarella stick-inspired wedges made in an air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic snack.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten (optional, for extra crispiness)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry wedges for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and breadcrumbs over wedges.
- Air fry for 3-4 more minutes until cheese melts and breadcrumbs brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, dip them in beaten egg before adding cheese.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
