Description
Crispy air fryer mushroom fries, a healthy snack alternative.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip mushroom slices in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
