Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.
  3. Add truffle oil, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms.
  4. Spread ricotta on each slice of bread.
  5. Top with the mushroom mixture.
  6. Place the bread in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
