Description
A delicious appetizer featuring mushroom, truffle oil, and ricotta on toasted bread.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.
- Add truffle oil, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms.
- Spread ricotta on each slice of bread.
- Top with the mushroom mixture.
- Place the bread in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust truffle oil to taste.
- Use any bread of your choice.
- Can add grated cheese on top for extra flavor.
