Description
A quick and easy flatbread pizza made with naan, pesto, chicken, and air-fried to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush each naan lightly with olive oil.
- Spread pesto evenly over the naan.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
- Place one naan in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
- Repeat with the second naan.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade pesto.
- Cook chicken before shredding.
- Adjust toppings based on preference.
- Check pizza halfway to prevent burning.
