Description

A quick and easy flatbread pizza made with naan, pesto, chicken, and cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 piece naan bread
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the naan bread lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over the naan.
  4. Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on top.
  6. Place the naan pizza in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
  8. Remove carefully and let cool for 1 minute before slicing.
