Description
A quick and easy flatbread pizza made with naan, pesto, chicken, and cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 1 piece naan bread
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the naan bread lightly with olive oil.
- Spread pesto evenly over the naan.
- Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on top.
- Place the naan pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
- Remove carefully and let cool for 1 minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add fresh basil or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
