Description

A quick and easy personal pizza with a crispy crust, made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 small pizza dough ball (about 6 oz)
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough into a thin circle or rectangle.
  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add optional toppings.
  6. Season with oregano and garlic powder.
  7. Place the pizza in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
