Description
A quick and easy personal pizza with a crispy crust, made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 small pizza dough ball (about 6 oz)
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a thin circle or rectangle.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add optional toppings.
- Season with oregano and garlic powder.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Use pre-made dough for convenience.
