Ingredients
- 2 New York strip steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the steaks with olive oil.
- Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- For rare, aim for 130°F (54°C); for medium, 140°F (60°C); for well done, 160°F (71°C).
