Description
A crispy, delicious vegan pizza made in an air fryer without any oil. Perfect for a quick, healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water gradually to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into a thin circle.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Place the dough in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread tomato sauce on the crust.
- Add vegan cheese and toppings.
- Cook for another 8-10 minutes until crispy.

- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Adjust toppings based on preference.
