Description
Crispy seasoned potato wedges made in an air fryer with Old Bay seasoning.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place wedges in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on wedge thickness.
- For extra crispiness, cook for 2-3 minutes longer.
