Quick and easy omelette cups made in an air fryer, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Add bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Spray silicone muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Pour egg mixture into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
- Place cups in air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until eggs are set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from cups.
