Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until set.
- Carefully remove and serve hot.
