Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
- 1 tsp butter or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a small oven-safe dish with butter or oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dish and add cheese and vegetables.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Remove carefully and serve hot.
