Description
Crispy potato wedges seasoned with paprika and smoked salt, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp smoked salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Toss the wedges with olive oil, paprika, smoked salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
