Description
Crispy air-fried chicken tenders coated with parmesan and ranch seasoning for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Beat egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each tender in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray tenders lightly with oil before cooking.
- Serve with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
