Description
A quick and healthy breakfast combining peanut butter, banana, and cottage cheese on toast, made crispy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bread lightly.
- Spread peanut butter evenly on each slice.
- Layer banana slices on top.
- Add cottage cheese evenly over the bananas.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
- Place in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
- Adjust honey and cinnamon to taste.
