Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl, then spread evenly in a greased cake pan.
  3. Arrange pecan halves over the butter-sugar mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat granulated sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then pour batter over the pecans.
  7. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
