Description
Crispy salmon with sweet honey glaze cooked in an air fryer
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- Mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper and salt in bowl
- Brush glaze onto salmon fillets
- Place salmon in air fryer basket
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F
Notes
- Pat salmon dry before glazing
- Adjust cook time for thicker fillets
- Check doneness with meat thermometer
