Description

A quick and easy snack made in the air fryer. These pizza bombs are stuffed with cheese and pepperoni for a delicious bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Place 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 tbsp cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Brush each pizza bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
