Description
A quick and easy snack made in the air fryer. These pizza bombs are stuffed with cheese and pepperoni for a delicious bite.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Place 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 tbsp cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush each pizza bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use any pizza toppings you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
