Description
A quick and easy way to make pizza using tortillas in an air fryer, rolled into a cone shape for a fun twist.
Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices (as desired)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Brush the tortilla lightly with olive oil (optional).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
- Roll the tortilla into a cone shape and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the cone in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until the cheese melts and the tortilla is crispy.
- Remove carefully and let cool slightly before serving.
