Make a quick personal pizza using your air fryer with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 small pizza dough ball (about 6 oz)
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5-6 pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to 6-inch diameter.
- Brush olive oil on one side of the dough.
- Place dough oiled-side down straps in the air fryer basket.
- Spread sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle cheese and add pepperoni if using.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until crust is golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
