Description

Crispy plantain chips made in an air fryer with garlic and herbs for a flavorful snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the plantains.
  2. Toss the slices with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, and salt.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Arrange the plantain slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.
