Description

Crispy and healthy plantain chips made in an air fryer. A simple snack with minimal oil.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel the plantains and slice them thinly using a knife or mandoline.
  2. Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm plantains for best texture.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
