Ingredients
- 1 pork joint (approx. 1.5 kg)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Pat the pork joint dry with paper towels.
- Rub the pork with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the pork joint in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes per 500g, turning halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
