Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Pat the pork joint dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the pork with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the pork joint in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes per 500g, turning halfway through.
  6. Check the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
