Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, gochujang, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger.
  3. Coat the pork ribs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated ribs in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
