Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, gochujang, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Coat the pork ribs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated ribs in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until fully cooked.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
