Description
Crispy pork rind chips seasoned to perfection and made in an air fryer for a healthier snack.
Ingredients
- 4 cups pork rinds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix pork rinds with olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well.
- Place seasoned pork rinds in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Shake the basket frequently for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
