Description
A flavorful air fryer pork tenderloin with Asian ginger marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust the marinade ingredients to taste.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
