Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
