Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- Mix garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
