Description
Crispy and healthy air fryer portobello mushroom chips.
Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Toss the mushroom slices in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the mushroom slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
