Description

Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these air fryer pretzel cheese bomb rolls are a quick and delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 8 cubes cheddar cheese (1/2 inch each)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit and place a cheese cube in the center.
  3. Fold dough around cheese, sealing tightly.
  4. Bring water and baking soda to a boil in a saucepan.
  5. Dip each dough ball in boiling water for 10 seconds.
  6. Place balls in air fryer basket, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
