Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin (about 2 cups sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice pumpkin thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
