Description

Make crispy and delicious churros in just 15 minutes using your air fryer. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
  • Oil spray (for air fryer)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and oil. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  5. Pipe 4-inch strips onto parchment paper, then place them in the air fryer basket.
  6. Lightly spray with oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  8. Toss warm churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  9. Serve immediately.

  • Use a star piping tip for classic churro ridges.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
