Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- Toss cooked sprouts with the glaze.
- Serve immediately.
