Description

Ingredients
- 1 head of radicchio, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss radicchio wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange radicchio in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
