Description

Crispy and savory chickpea chips made in the air fryer with ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.
