Description
Crispy and savory chickpea chips made in the air fryer with ranch seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil in a bowl.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook longer but check frequently.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
