Ingredients
- 1 small head red cabbage
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into thin slices.
- Toss the cabbage slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and let cool before serving.
