Description
A quick and easy twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, made in the air fryer for a crispy, cheesy pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sliced corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pizza crust in the air fryer basket.
- Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the crust.
- Layer shredded Swiss cheese on top.
- Add sliced corned beef and drained sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Remove carefully and slice to serve.

- Use store-bought pizza crust or homemade dough.

- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the crust with oil before adding toppings.
